Sorry, bad site name

The site name must exactly match one of the site names in our database. The name that was supplied does not match.

If you got to this page by clicking on a link on a web page, please tell the webmaster of that site that he or she needs to update the link. Thanks!

Many sites "disappeared" from our database in early 2001, when the U.K. Hydrographic Office registered a complaint against us (and other tidal prediction sites) asserting copyright over the tidal data we were using. Regardless of how you (or we) may feel about the validity of these claims, we are not in a position to fight any legal battles at all. Our only recourse is to remove protested sites (or groups of sites) and hope that appropriate permissions will be forthcoming at a later date. We had to remove essentially all non-U.S. sites for which we did not have explicit permission from the relevant national authority. For more about this topic, see the information on David Flater’s XTide website.
